Rumble In the Kingdom Pitch Competition

Welcome to the 2025 NEK Pitch Competition, Rumble in The Kingdom! This year’s competition is presented by Vermont State University, Do North Coworking with the generous support of M&T Bank, Passumpsic Savings Bank, and Northeastern Vermont Development Association.
The Rumble is free and open to the public. Join us to support the region’s most promising entrepreneurs. You’ll hear pitches from 12 businesses, and have opportunities to share the excitement of entrepreneurship in the Northeast Kingdom. Plus everyone who is there can cast your vote for the Audience Choice award!
Light appetizers provided and there will be a cash bar available.
Doors open at 5:30pm and the Rumble kicks off at 6pm. 12 businesses and ideas will each do a 5 minute pitch, showcasing their business and its potential for growth in Vermont and beyond.
$20,000 in Cash Awards
And while money isn’t everything, in addition to the glory, everyone is competing for $20,000 in cash prizes:
Best Pitch, $5,000
Community Impact, $5,000
Potential to Scale, $5,000
Audience Choice, $5,000, you get to determine who will take home the audience choice prize!
