Forest Industry Summit

The Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund is gearing up to launch registration for the 2025 Vermont Forest Industry Summit. This year’s keynote address will be delivered by Alan Organschi, director of the Building Lab at Yale University and a global thought leader on the future of building. Alan is a pioneer in the use of mass timber who has studied the ways a sustainable wood supply can replace carbon-intensive building materials like steel and concrete. He will offer Summit attendees inspiration to think differently about the role our regional forest products sector can play in addressing some of our most pressing problems like housing and the constructed world.
