A fun, friendly, regional pitch business pitch competition offering cash prizes, open to Northeast Kingdom–based businesses or those with a strong regional focus. Pitch workshops are offered throughout the year to help participants refine a compelling pitch and are especially valuable for those considering entry in Do North’s 2026 Rumble in the Kingdom competition this October.  

KickStartNEK is a 10-week, NEK-focused business accelerator designed to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses and strengthen existing ventures. Using the nationally recognized Co.Starters curriculum, participants work through key elements of business development, including customer discovery, operations, messaging, distribution, pricing, and financial modeling and strategy.

Whether you’re offering a service, launching a restaurant, developing a new product, or refining an early-stage idea, KickStartNEK provides the tools, structure, and peer support to help you take the next step. Participants share a common interest in starting or growing a business and a willingness to work through the challenges that come with entrepreneurship.

The program fee is $150, with need-based scholarships available for Northeast Kingdom residents.
